Duration means the final duration of the hosted video. Below 2 minutes its all the same price. Above two minutes the prices are graduated per 15 seconds running time.
Example No 1 : A duration of 2 minutes and 14 seconds is rated as a 2:15 minutes video.
Example No 2 : A duration of 2 minutes and 16 seconds is rated as a 2:30 minutes video.
If you deliver an existing movie we only calculate the costs for programming, encoding and web hosting. Of course we also make modifications of existing films or complete them with new footage or still photographs. In this case we only calculate the duration of the new parts of the film.
In any case we will have to coordinate what kind of video format you can deliver to us. In order to guarantee the highest quality of your eumagine MovieSite performance, we prefer videos in broadcast quality e.g. with an resolution of 720 * 576 pixel (Pal).
Without any further costs we accept the following formats: Betacam SP, Mini-DV, Quicktime, mp4, avi and flv.
For legal reasons you will have to grant us to host the delivered video incl. music and soundtrack on www.eumagine.eu. We transfer (encode) your movie into flash video. At present we operate with a resolution of 600 x 456 pixel for 3:4 and 600 x 342 pixel for 16:9 with 25 frames per second. Dependent on the spreading of wideband networks eumagine will host the movies in full Broadcast Quality.
If you deliver video footage we will log, digitize and edit it in largest professional quality. Afterwards we will transmit the raw cut via internet to you to discuss desired modifications. Then we make the modifications and transmit the video for the final inspection.

If you deliver already digitized pictures (by sending a CD-ROM, by E-Mail or they are downloadable from your website) we will edit and arrange them for you in an execellent way. We accept nearly all formats (Multi Layer Photoshop files, tiff, bmp, pict, jpg) but we prefer photographs with a high resolution at least of 300x300 dpi (= dots per inch). This enables us to work with details, animated paths, blurs, etc. Even though we only operate with photographs we will create an cinematically illusion.

Please note in case you don't have digitized photographs and we have to scan printouts we calculate EUR 3,50,-- per scan extra. Please note that we calculate possibly resulting shipping costs for printouts or DVDs additionally.
Using music on the InterNet is difficult and expensive. You need two releases: A Synch release to be signed by the publisher or the person who owns the rights and a Master Use release to be signed by the artist who made the recording. In addition you will have to pay royalties up to 840,-- EUR per minute per year to the GEMA = Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights.
Costs in this height are not reasonable. So we decided to work with independent musicians and you will only have to pay 125,-- for music up to 3 minutes for the whole webhosting duration. So you will only pay 125,-- EUR instead of 5.040,-- EUR for three minutes and two years.

In Europe approx. 30 different languages are spoken. In order to achieve as much as possible spectators we recommend a professional translation in English.

Imagine or eumagine :-) you are the owner of an estonian music pub performing original estonian folk rock. You may not like to loose the original flair of the estonian language, so we recommend to place english subtitles.

Please note in case you want more then one speaker (e.g. a female and a male voice) or versions in different languages it might increase the costs.
In case the video combines original sound with music and commentary it's necessary to make a final mix to adjust the different sound channels.

Normally we host your movie for 12 month. Because we do not like the method of an automatic contract prolongation, after nine months we will transmit an E-Mail inquiry whether you would like to extend the contract or not.
If you activate the Second year button, your movie will automatically hosted for 24 month.
